Name and species
Establish which pet the wallet represents.
Getting started
You do not need to organize your pet's entire history at once. Add the pet, bring in one useful veterinary record, and let Vet Wallet grow from there.
Step 1
Sign in and open Flow365 Pet. Vet Wallet is the owner-facing side of the Flow365 veterinary pair.
Step 2
Start the wallet with the pet's profile and the identity information you already know.
Establish which pet the wallet represents.
Add useful information such as breed, date of birth, sex, reproductive status, microchip, and markings when available.
Flow365 AI can help prepare a pet profile from the description you provide, with review before saving.
Step 3
Choose a supported file you already have or use a supported camera to photograph a paper veterinary record.
Step 4
Flow365 AI can prepare structured information from the source so you do not need to manually retype every useful field.
AI-generated content: Flow365 AI suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review all AI-generated content before submitting or acting on it.
Step 5
The source document remains the reference point. Check the prepared information before adding it to Vet Wallet.
Check the date, record type, title, practice, provider, and summary.
Confirm that the source appears to belong to the pet whose wallet you selected.
Review useful blank pet-profile fields found in the source before applying changes.
Step 6
Once you are satisfied with the prepared information, add the record to Vet Wallet. Over time the wallet becomes a portable history built from owner-added records and available veterinary relationships.
