Flow365 Pet FAQ

Questions about Vet Wallet.

Flow365 Pet is the owner side of the Flow365 veterinary pair. Vet Wallet gives each pet a portable place for useful profile information, vaccinations, medical records, veterinary documents, photos, and connected practice information.

Getting started

A pet-centered record you control.

What is Flow365 Pet?

Flow365 Pet is the owner-facing side of the Flow365 veterinary experience. It includes Vet Wallet, a portable record centered on your pet rather than one individual veterinary practice.

Is Vet Wallet free for pet owners?

Yes. Flow365 Pet is currently designed to provide a free owner-facing Vet Wallet for pet profiles and veterinary records.

Do I need my veterinary practice to use Flow365 Pet?

No. You can maintain an owner-controlled Vet Wallet independently of one veterinary practice. Connected practices add another source of veterinary information when available.

Can I have more than one pet?

Yes. Vet Wallet is designed around individual pet profiles so owners can maintain separate records for multiple pets.

Records

Bring the records you already have.

What kinds of veterinary records can I keep?

Vet Wallet supports veterinary record categories such as vaccinations, medications, allergies, lab results, imaging, procedures, diagnoses, clinical notes, documents, and other medical records.

Are vaccinations separate from other medical records?

Yes. Vaccination history has a dedicated section so vaccine records are easier to find rather than being buried among every other medical event.

Can I upload a veterinary document?

Yes. Supported files can be uploaded from the Vet Wallet record workflow and associated with the resulting owner-added record.

Can I photograph a paper veterinary record?

Yes. On supported devices and browsers, Vet Wallet can open the camera so a paper veterinary record can be captured and used as the source.

Can I download the original record later?

Available source documents associated with Vet Wallet records can be downloaded from the current record experience.

Can I delete a record I added myself?

Owner-added Vet Wallet records can be removed from the normal owner view. Practice-owned clinical history is treated separately and is not presented as an owner-editable record.

Flow365 AI

Less retyping. Still your review.

What does Flow365 AI do with my document or photo?

Flow365 AI can help prepare structured record information such as record type, date, title, veterinary practice, provider, summary, and useful pet-profile details from a supported source.

Does Flow365 AI automatically save what it finds?

No. AI-prepared information is shown for review before the record is added or important pet-profile changes are applied.

Can a document help complete my pet's profile?

Yes. When supported documents contain useful identity information and corresponding profile fields are blank, Flow365 can surface proposed profile updates for review.

Will AI overwrite information already in the profile?

Existing profile values are not silently overwritten. Proposed changes are presented to the user for deliberate review.

Can Flow365 identify a microchip number?

The current AI-assisted document workflow can surface microchip information found in a supported source and present it during the identity and profile-review process.

How accurate is Flow365 AI?

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review all AI-generated content against the source before saving or acting on it.

Veterinary practices

Your wallet can include connected veterinary relationships.

Can a veterinary practice connect to my Vet Wallet pet?

Yes. Vet Wallet supports veterinary practice connections so an owner-side pet and a corresponding veterinary patient can participate in the same relationship.

Can practice-linked records appear in Vet Wallet?

Yes. Available records from connected veterinary practices can appear alongside owner-added Vet Wallet information while remaining visibly associated with the veterinary practice.

Can I edit a record owned by the veterinary practice?

Practice-linked clinical records are presented as read-only veterinary history. Owner controls apply to records added from the owner side.

What is Flow365 Vet?

Flow365 Vet is the companion practice-side product. It helps veterinary teams organize owners, patients, requests, records, documents, appointments, and follow-through.

Veterinary care

Vet Wallet organizes information. It does not replace your veterinarian.

Does Flow365 Pet provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment?

No. Flow365 Pet does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide emergency veterinary medical services.

Is Vet Wallet the official clinical record?

No. Vet Wallet is an owner-controlled portable record. Veterinary practices remain responsible for their own authoritative clinical records.

Can Vet Wallet be useful if I change veterinarians?

Yes. The wallet is centered on the pet rather than one clinic, so owner-added records can remain together across different veterinary relationships.
